Study Tips
When studying for the FE Exam, you should prepare in a similar way to any other test.
Understand what material will be covered (discipline specific) and practice solving problems as they will appear on the exam.
The specifics for each are found here:
Chemical
Civil
Electrical
Environmental
Industrial
Mechanical
Other Disciplines
It is recommended that you download and become familiar with the FE reference book
You will not be allowed to bring this to the test facility, but you will be supplied with one when you take the exam.
Now Practice Practice Practice!!
You can sign up for review courses from your school or many local testing sites.
Also, there are many third party practice tests available in the Review Material section.
Take the practice tests simulating the conditions you will be in:
Use only the FE Reference Manual, and one of the approved calculators.
You may be used to much more advanced scientific calculators, so spend some time to learn the layout of the one you will be using.
